if you do not have a wheel, rentals are available. rental will be $10.00 for the wheel, on a first come first serve basis.

Bio: My name is Jane Deason and I have been spinning for 15 years.
I have been involved in all facets of the fiber industry and am a dealer of Ashford, Louet and Interweave Press products.
I am currently teaching spinning classes at Shepherd's Cross in Claremore.

Basic spinning methods for beginning spinning on a wheel. After introductory fiber characteristics and tool terminology, individualized instruction will be given tailored to the wheels and fibers being used. Each student can expect to leave class with several different types of fibers to learn with and confidence to continue spinning on their own. An excellent introduction to hand spinning. |
