I have been all over the Oklahoma Health department and all the guidelines and visited a couple of other events, and this is what will happen. We can not require you to wear a mask in the building as it is a public facility unless the Governor puts that into law. We will ask you to and will provide you with one if you need it. Face shields are acceptable

We will not have a concession; however, there will be self serve bottled water, sweet tea, lemonade, and cookies for refreshments—coffee and donuts in the mornings.

We will be providing faces shields for the instructors and will be available for the vendors if they wish to use one. We will have hand sanitizer everywhere and in all booths. We will request that you abide by the social distancing guidelines and not crowd the vendors’ booths.

We will be in a new building with lots of room to spread out and a heavy duty air conditioning system, also there are 4 garage doors that we can open for more air circulation if needed or if the weather is mild.

Classes will have alot of room so you aren’t shoulder to shoulder and tables will be doubled for distance across.

The Friday night event will most likely have a dinner brought in from one of the local restaurants.

The Sunday All day classes will have lunch provided by one of the local sandwich shops.

I just want to encourage all of you fiber folks that we are being responsible and cautious.
At this point we have a lot of vendors who need your business but are not able to set up and do the online sales and have not been to a festival this year so the inventory should be fantastic.

Thank you for you support and I hope I have eased your mind on coming to Fiber Christmas.
