Guidelines and Rules
Booth set-up will be Friday morning from 8am until 5pm. Backdrops and table coverings are not provided. Vendors and/or vendor associates are required to be setup and present during the entire festival Friday, 4-8pm, and Saturday, 8am-8pm. If an emergency arises during the festival and for which you must leave, please inform the staff immediately. Any vendor who fails to observe these rules will automatically be restricted from attending as a vendor in the future. If you have any questions concerning any area, contact Kate Lowder.
Please complete the Vendor Registration and return the form with a check for the appropriate amount to Kate Lowder/Fiber Christmas. Contracts will be confirmed as they are received. We urge you to apply as soon as possible, the deadline for booth reservation applications is July 15, 2011.

Refund Policy:
Vendor fees will be refunded in full if cancellation is received before July 1, 2011.
Release of Liability
I, and my heirs, in consideration of my participation in “A Fiber Christmas in July,” July 29 & 30, at the Creek County Fair Grounds, hereby release the Creek County Fair Grounds, Fiber Festival Committee, its volunteers and any other people officially connected with this event, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, sickness, or injury from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while participating in this event. I am aware of the risks of participation and I understand that participation in this activity is strictly voluntary and I freely chose to participate.
